Governance & Safeguarding

Built to be trusted.

Kingdom Overflow operates as part of St Luke’s Cranham Park PCC (registered charity number 1128304). Governance and policies are in place for work across education and counselling contexts, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, accountability and professional standards.

The organisation is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), reflecting a commitment to recognised standards in wellbeing and therapeutic practice.

Governance in practice

How we keep the work safe, accountable and credible.

Our governance supports the whole system: from school-based delivery to community hubs, church-based pathways and specialist partnerships.

01

Oversight

A management group provides leadership, accountability and strategic direction.

02

Policies

Governance and policies are in place for education and counselling-related work.

03

Partnership

We work with schools, churches and wellbeing partners so support is joined up.

04

Measurement

Impact is tracked through attendance, feedback, school reports and progress data.

05

Sustainability

The model is designed to become replicable, sustainable and scalable over time.

Our accountability

Built to be trusted by schools, funders, churches and families.

Our aim is to change the landscape of youth mental health by creating a connected system of support around young people. To do that well, we need strong governance, clear accountability and experienced leadership behind every project, partnership and intervention.
